For the reasons stated in the order passed in Writ Petition No. 11917 of 2025, the writ petitions are allowed. 4.
The impugned remark made by respondent No. 3- Deputy Director of Education in the annexure appended to the orders issued on 06.06.2024, 03.12.2024 and 21.03.2025 is hereby quashed and set aside.

Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are directed to pay salary to the petitioners from the date of their initial appointments. The arrears be paid to the petitioners within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of uploading of this order.
