This Interim Application has been filed seeking leave of this Court to amend the Writ Petition. We have pursed the reference made in the application indicating the nature of the amendment. The Petitioner seeks leave to place on record certain documents, including the corrigendum by which, the last date of submitting applications, was extended by Commissioner and also bring on record the necessary pleadings and legal grounds to support her 17th September 2025

30-WP-11940-2025.DOC case. The State has not filed any objection. As such, we are inclined to allow the prayer for amendment of the Writ Petition. 2.

Leave to amend the Writ Petition granted. Interim Application stands allowed.
