Heard learned counsel for the parties.

At the outset, we may note that the learned counsel for the petitioners does not press for prayer clauses (b) to (g) and hence, it is not required to go into the said reliefs.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that although he is seeking a direction to the respondent No.15 to decide the applications filed by the petitioners i.e. under Section 41(D) bearing Case No.17/24, under Section 41(E) bearing Case No.34/24 and under Section 37 bearing Case No.14/25 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, expeditiously, presently he only seeks a direction to the respondent No.15 to decide the Interim Applications filed in all the aforesaid proceedings expeditiously within a reasonable time frame. 4.
It appears that all the proceedings are filed in 2024 - 2025. At this stage, we are not inclined to give any direction to the respondent No.15 to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings within a particular time frame. However, since there are interim applications filed in the aforesaid proceedings, we expect the respondent No.15 to decide the said applications expeditiously within a reasonable time frame, to enable the parties to take appropriate steps thereafter, in accordance with law.

The Petition is accordingly disposed of.
