The learned Senior Advocate Mr. Pakale, submits that all these Petitioners were before a Coordinate Bench of this Court [Coram : Shree Chandrashekhar (as His Lordship then was) and Manjusha Deshpande, JJ). They were protected earlier vide order dated 21st July, 2025 in the backdrop of the earlier protection order dated 30th June, 2025. All these matters are now said to be closed for judgment vide order Talwalkar

913.WP11969.2025.odt dated 14th August, 2025. Yet, the Petitioners have been issued with the transfer order on 21st August, 2025.

Considering the aforesaid statement, we observe that the interim relief order passed in the earlier WP, squarely protects the Petitioners.

Mr. Pakale, the learned Senior Advocate submits that in view of the earlier protective orders, these Petitioners have not been relieved from the employment. The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that her senior Mr. Kapadnis is out of town. He will be available on Saturday, 20th September, 2025.

In view of the above, list this Petition for passing order on 20th September, 2025.
