The learned Advocate appearing for the Zilla Parishad submits, on specific instructions, that Petitioner no.1 had approached the Divisional Commissioner for the same cause in which this Petition is filed. The Divisional Commissioner has passed an order on 14th August, 2025 and redressed the grievance of the Petitioner no.1. His posting in the PESA/Tribal Area has been cancelled.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as having been worked out. This order is passed only with reference to Petitioner No.1, Santosh Pilaji Sabale. The learned Senior Advocate, Mr. Pakale submits, on instructions, that the remaining Petitioners from Serial Nos.2 to 16 are identically placed as Petitioner No.1. We, therefore, record that the order passed in favour of Petitioner No.1 by the Divisional Commissioner should be followed by the Zilla Parishad for Petitioner Nos.2 to 16 on the ground of parity.

In the event, any new cause of action arises and the Petitioners are aggrieved, they would be at liberty to avail of a remedy, as is permissible in law.
