The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.2 Corporation submits that the builder has already initiated steps and undertaken the task of constructing the septic tank and the soak pit. The Corporation is pursuing the builder to ensure that the flow of sewage from Respondent No.2 society is controlled. It is further submitted that, in the event any portion of the land belonging to the Petitioner is required by the Kulgaon Badlapur Nagar Parishad for a public project, the Council would follow the due procedure laid down in law.
