The learned Advocate for the Corporation desires to take instructions as to whether a portion of the Petitioner's land could be acquired. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that she is an agriculturist and, offering of TDR by the Corporation, SUNNY THOTE

If the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 are followed and monetary compensation is offered, the Petitioner would agree to let a portion of the land be acquired.
