Prima facie, it appears that there are no allegations of misappropriation or misconduct against the earlier elected Managing Committee members. The reasons assigned in the impugned order, in my opinion, do not justify the removal of the elected Managing Committee members.

Hence, until further orders, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
