Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the statements made in the Writ Petition. 2.

The Show Cause Notice dated 04.07.2025 issued by the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, A-Division, Mumbai, is under challenge on the ground that the Petitioner-Society was not given an opportunity of being heard before forming an adverse opinion. It is alleged that the notice was issued on the premise that the Society was liable to be disqualified, thus, pre-judging the issue.

Smt. Purav, learned AGP, waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. The Court notice be issued to Respondent No.2.

The Petitioner to furnish copies of the Writ Petition to the Registry for issuance of notice.

Heard prayer on the interim relief. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is thereby provided that operation of the impugned Show Cause Notice dated 04.07.2025, shall remain suspended till the returnable date.
