A copy of the petition is served on the learned AGP today. 3.

Mr. Naik, learned Senior Counsel seeks an ad-interim order namely the continuation of protection granted by the "Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority" by its order dated 21 August 2025, which was initially granted for four weeks which is stated to be expiring tomorrow. We continue such protection till the adjourned date of hearing. 4.

In the meantime, the respondents shall place a reply affidavit on record and a copy of the same be served on the petitioner well in advance. Although respondent No.3 is served and an affidavit of service to that effect is placed on record, respondent No.3 is not represented. Hence, permission to the learned Advocate for the petitioner to serve respondent No.3-National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd. by private service by all permissible modes and place on record an affidavit of service. Let a copy of this order be served on respondent No.3 alongwith the notice. Respondent No.3, if so desires, is also at liberty to place on record a reply affidavit.

We shall proceed to hear the parties on the adjourned date of hearing and pass appropriate orders.
