Our attention is drawn to the order dated 4th July 2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court (Bench at Aurangabad) in Dr. Ayesha Samar Sheikh Ateeque Ahmed & Ors. vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors., Civil Writ Petition No. 7975 of 2025, which is placed at page no. 27 of the paper-book. The Petitioners submit that they are similarly situated and therefore entitled to similar relief.

Accordingly, we direct Respondent No. 3-the Dean, Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College, Solapur, to decide the representation dated 14th July 2025, which forms the subject matter of this Petition, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.

Respondent No. 3 is directed to return the documents and to issue the necessary certiicate to the Petitioners forthwith. 6.

Writ Petition stands dispose of.
