It is the contention of the petitioner that the road is being widened without following due process and without acquiring the land of the petitioner. The petitioner pleads to be lawful owner. However, pleadings on record fall short to indicate what is submitted by the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner seeks leave to amend. Leave as prayed for is granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

Mr. Vanarase, the learned A.G.P submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6 and that necessary appearance will be filed before the next date.
