The issue which has been remanded by the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) to the Tahasildar for the purpose of taking evidence and adjudicating the matter by virtue of the order is directed to be adjudicated as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of eight (8) weeks from today keeping all contentions of both parties is expressly open.

Needless to state that Tahasildar shall take appropriate evidence as per the directions given by the SDO and pass a speaking order after hearing both sides in accordance with law. 4.
In view of the above, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is disposed.
