Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

At the outset the learned counsel for the petition seeks amendment to prayer clause 'c'. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The petitioner essentially prays for the alternative relief, which is in prayer clause - 'c' of the Petition. The said prayer clause 'c' reads thus :- (C) That this Hon'ble Court under its Writ Jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India 1950, be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order, direction to the Respondent No.2. Authority that to adjudicate pending 41-A Application No. 2 of 2025 pending before it within period of two weeks from the passing of order by this court.

All the other prayers are not pressed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and therefore we are not required to consider the same.

Learned AGP with respect to prayer clause 'C', on instructions states that the respondent No.2 authority will adjudicate the pending Application No.2 of 2025 under Section 41A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event before 15th November 2025.

Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the AGP, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition. 7.

Petition stands disposed of.

We may make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the application pending before respondent No.2 authority and as such all contentions of all parties on merits are kept open.

Application is accordingly disposed of.

All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
