Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 30th July, 2025 passed by the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Thane, on an application (Exhibit-104), whereby the prayer of the petitioners to hear and decide Misc. Applications No.29 of 2023 and 283 of 2023 filed under Section 41A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, came to be rejected.

Mr. Narvankar, the learned Counsel for the petitioners, invites attention of the Court to an order dated 19th September, 2025 in Contempt Petition No.584 of 2025 in 1/2 Order corrected as per order dtd.24/9/2025.

28-WP12135-2025-SPM.DOC WP/13592/2024, whereby the Division Bench has directed the Assistant Charity Commissioner to proceed with the hearing on the said applications and dispose of the same on merit at an early date. The time to dispose of the said applications has been extended until 31st October, 2025. 4.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent development this petition does not deserve to be entertained.
