One of the grievance expressed by Petitioner is that impugned order has been passed by the State in the name of a dead person.

Mr. Nikte submits that impugned order records the name of the Petitioner's father who had expired well before the said order was passed.

In that view of the matter, issue notice to Respondents. 6.

Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioner is directed to serve the Respondents a copy of this order and copy of
