Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 23rd September, 2025. The learned AGP and the appearing Advocates, waives service of notices on behalf of the Respondents. 2.
Considering the orders passed in similar cases at the various benches of this Court, treating transfers in the month of September as mid term transfers, which have been stayed, We direct that those teachers who have worked for less than 5 years and may not be liable to be transferred, shall not be relieved until further orders. We are directing the learned Additional Government Pleader to take instructions as to whether the impugned transfers, which could be interpreted as mid term transfers considering G.R.dated 18.6.2024, could be carried out in a disciplined manner strictly as per the said G.R., during April-May, 2026. 3.
The learned AGP desires to take instructions and address the Court on 23rd September, 2025.
