ORDER :

By Order dated 18th September, 2025, the Petitioners were directed to file Affidavit in Rejoinder within a period of one week from the filing of the Affidavit in Reply which was to be filed within two weeks from the said Order dated 18th September, 2025. The DRT-III was thereafter to dispose of the Securitization Application within a period of two weeks from filing of the Affidavit in Rejoinder by the Petitioners.

In view of, the delay in filing the Affidavit in Rejoinder by the Petitioners, the time schedule is required to be revised. 3.

Mr. Soman for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners will file Affidavit in Rejoinder by tomorrow i.e. 17th October, 2025. The DRT-III which has placed the Securitization Application on 23rd October, 2025 shall dispose of Securitization Application within a period of two weeks from 17th October, 2025.

It has been made clear in the said Order dated 18th September, 2025 that in view of the setting aside of the impugned Order, the Respondent Bank shall not take any coercive action against the Petitioners till the Securitization Application is heard and disposed of.

The disposed of Writ Petition shall be placed for compliance on 10th November, 2025.
