Motion has been moved for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 27.02.2026 passed in Writ Petition No.13321 of 2021 and companion matters. It is submitted that on page No.13 of the said judgment, in the cause title of Writ Petition No.13321 of 2021, the name of the petitioner has inadvertently been mentioned as "Sunil s/o Shankar [1]
This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // wp-13321-2024 and 12172-2025 spk.odt Sakhare" instead of "Sunil s/o Shriram Sakhare". It is further submitted that in second last row i.e. (WP/12172/2025) and second column of the chart appearing on page No.25 of the said judgment, the name of the petitioner has inadvertently been mentioned as "Vidya Kashinathrao Thorat" instead of "Vidya Kishanrao Thorat".

In view of the same, on page No.13, in the cause title of Writ Petition No.13321 of 2021 of the said judgment, the name of the petitioner shall be read as "Sunil s/o Shriram Sakhare" instead of "Sunil s/o Shankar Sakhare". Further, in second last row i.e. (WP/12172/2025) and second column of the chart appearing on page No.25 of the said judgment, the name of the petitioner shall be read as "Vidya Kishanrao Thorat" instead of "Vidya Kashinathrao Thorat". 4.
Necessary corrections be carried out in the said judgment and corrected judgment be uploaded.
