By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 - The Inspector General of Registration Office of IGR, Maharashtra State, Pune to decide the petitioner's 1/2

13.WP-12200-2025(c) representations both dated 14th June 2024, which are at Exhibit 'A' (colly) of the Petition.

Learned AGP on instructions states that the respondent No.1 will decide petitioner's representations within 12 weeks. She further states that if necessary, the respondent No.1 will issue notice to the affected persons who may be required to be heard before an appropriate decision is taken on the petitioner's representations. Statements accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statements made by the learned AGP that the petitioner's representation will be decided within 12 weeks, nothing survives for further consideration. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly on the aforesaid terms.
