Learned Counsel for the Petitioners tendered draft amendment in order to delete prayer clause (b) and add prayer clause (b-1). We find that the proposed amendment shows an attempt on the part of the Petitioners to seek alternative relief with clarity and therefore, we are inclined to grant the amendment.

Accordingly, leave to amend is granted to the Petitioners in terms of the draft amendment, which is taken on record. The amendment be carried out within one week from today.

Reverification is dispensed with.

The Respondent/Bank is permitted to file reply affidavit within two weeks from today.
