Writ Petition Nos. 11974 of 2025 and 12242 of 2025 pertain to elections, and the other writ petitions also pertain to the election. In view of our order dated 03.10.2025 in writ petition No.12183 of 2025 and companion matters, learned AGP was supposed to take instructions and make statement as to whether they have moved the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court for clubbing of the petitions in view of the order pass in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.19756/2021; Rahul Ramesh Wagh Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others. 4.
Mr. Kale, learned Additional Government Pleader, upon instructions, submits that the Government has moved the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court for constitution of a Special Bench and for clubbing of all the matters. In such circumstances, we are required to await further orders.
