After briefly hearing the learned Advocates for the respective sides, we are informed by the Management that, the Petitioners have preferred an Appeal before the School Tribunal. 3.

Since the Appeal is pending, we expressed our disinclination. 5.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioners sought a pass over. 6.
After taking instructions, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions, that all the contentions of the Petitioners be kept open before the School Tribunal and the Petitioners desire to withdraw this Petition.

The learned Advocates for the erstwhile Management and new Management submit that all the contentions of all the parties be kept open. 8.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.

Needless to state, we trust that the learned Presiding Officer of the School Tribunal would consider all the grounds and contentions as pleaded by the parties, on their own merits.
