Mr. Zal Andhyarujina, learned Senior Counsel appearing KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV for the Petitioner has stated that the Order dated 19th September, by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2025.09.30 11:43:00 +0530 2025 passed by this Court has been complied with. The Petitioner 1/2

10-WP(L) 29997.2025 with WP 12208.2025.doc has deposited the balance sale consideration in 'No Lien Account' of Respondent No.2 - Bank on 21st September, 2025 i.e. prior to the expiry of the three months period from depositing the balance amount consideration of purchased flats to be paid from auction of purchase. Statement is accepted.

Mr. Setalvad, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 - Bank has informed this Court that inspite of directions of this Court to the DRT III to dispose of the Interim Application No.1910 of 2025 with Interim Application (L) No.2349 of 2025 on or before 24th September, 2025, the DRT III has failed to dispose of the said applications.

In view thereof, a last chance is given to the DRT III to dispose of aforementioned Applications by the adjourned date i.e. 8th October, 2025 and order be passed thereon latest by 10th October, 2025.

The Writ Petition shall be placed on 13th October, 2025 for compliance and further orders.
