Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the claim/dispute of seniority as per the provisions of Rule 12 of the MEPS Rules.

Learned advocate Mr. Salgare submits that respondents No.3 and 4 would submit the proposal within a period of one week to respondent No.2. The said statement is taken as undertaking. Learned AGP who waives notice for respondents No.1 and 2 submits that after

(2) weeks by giving an opportunity to all the concerned, if required. This statement is also taken as undertaking.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing respondents Nos. 3 and 4 to submit the proposal to respondent No. 2 within a period of one week from today. We further direct respondent No. 2 that, upon receipt of the proposal, the same shall be decided within a period of two weeks, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, if required.
