ORDER :

The present Interim Application had come up on 23rd December, 2025. On that day, the learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 had sought time to take instructions as to how much time the Respondent No.4 will hand over the documents concerning Flat No.1904, Building No.1, Ravi Estate, Phase - III, KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Pokharan Road No.1, Behind Cosmos Bank, Majiwada, Thane (W) - by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.01.06 12:48:00 +0530 400 606.

The learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 states that the original Title Deeds of the said Flat will be deposited in this Court, within a period of two weeks from today. The Statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, the Petitioner is granted liberty to make an appropriate application to the Registry by authorized officer of the Petitioner for withdrawal of the original Title Deeds upon their being deposited in this Court and which shall be considered on its own merits.

From the prayers in the Petition, Prayer Clauses (b) and (c) have been worked out by this order.

The Writ Petition cannot be entertained for Prayer Clauses (a) and (d). Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings for seeking these prayers in accordance with law.

In view thereof, present Writ Petition is disposed of. 7.

The Interim Application does not survive and is also disposed of.
