This writ petition was disposed of by order dated 5th January 2026. The respondent No.4 was granted time of two weeks to deposit the original title deeds in this Court and thereupon, the petitioner was granted liberty to make an appropriate application to the Registry for withdrawal of the original title deeds, which was to be decided on its own merits.

The learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the original title deeds could not be deposited within the time period granted in the said order. It is submitted that the original title deeds are ready for depositing and therefore, extension of time may be granted.

In view of the above, the respondent No.4 is granted extension of time by one week from the date of uploading of this order, to deposit the original title deeds before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Thereupon, the petitioner is granted liberty to move an appropriate application in terms of order dated 5th January 2026, which shall be considered on its own merits. 5.

Praecipe stands disposed of.
