A limited prayer in the Petition is to direct the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Mumbai to pass an order on Complaint No.197685 which was heard and reserved for orders on 25 February 2025. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner invited attention of the Court to the Roznama of the proceedings (Exh.A to the Petition), which indicates that, the matter has been reserved for orders.

Having regard to the limited nature of the prayer in the Petition and the time lag, the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority is requested to pass an order on the Complaint No.197685 as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

The Writ Petition stands disposed.
