Mr Awadhesh Jha, learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner submits that although a praecipe has been moved for urgent listing of the matter, yet on 3rd October 2025, consequential order has been passed, as a result of which, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition.
