The subject matter property is a property of the Trust that has been allotted by the Government to the Trust. The petitioner is the member of the Trust and has grievance of the use of said property by some of the Office Bearers of the Trust. Apparently, the issue can be adjudicated before the competent Charity Commissioner.

In view of this, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The petitioner may pursue his representation and grievance before the Collector.

However, Mr. Kadam, learned AGP makes a statement that the Collector shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 3 months on its own merits.
