The learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the original respondent died on 24 August 2018. This fact was brought to the notice of Society in a civil suit pending between the parties. However, in an application filed in the year 2023, the dead person was made a party, and a certificate under section 101 of MCS Act, is issued.

Hence, issue notice to respondent no.2, returnable on 11 December 2025.

Until further order, the certificate dated 21 March 2024 annexed to this petition as Exhibit-A shall remain stayed. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
