Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the Respondent-State.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is presently restricting his request only as regards to prayer clause (F). Prayer clause (F) reads thus:

"(F) By issuing a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 1 to decide the representations dated 16.10.2025 (Exhibit-J) made by the petitioners." Shubham Talle 1 of

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner relied on the decision of this Court in Ram S/o Sopan Kare & Ors. vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. (Writ No. 17112 of 2024), dated 26th August 2025, submitting that the present request is similar. In the facts and circumstances, we direct Respondent No. 1 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 16th October 2025 which is at (Exhibit-J) of the Petition within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.

Keeping all contentions open, the Petition is disposed of in the above terms. We make it clear that, no observations have been made on the merits of the petitioner's claims. The petitioner is at liberty to ile a petition seeking the reliefs requested here or to challenge any adverse decision at the appropriate stage.

It is submitted by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that there are ample vacancies of more than 500 posts of Assistant Teachers available in Semi English Schools. This aspect may also be factored in before a decision is taken.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
