The affidavit dated 30th October, 2025 (4 Pages), filed by Prof. Sandeep Chaudhary, is taken on record and marked as 'X-4' for identification.

It is, therefore, clear in the light of the aforestated affidavits that a wrong information was given to the Petitioner that one seat for the Open Category, to which she belongs, is vacant. In fact, two seats are vacant and are reserved for the EWS and the ST Category, respectively. Candidates belonging to the said categories were admitted to the Institution and later on, they have exited. As such, no seat is vacant for the Open Category. 4.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
