1] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the property was mortgaged by the respondent no.3 to the Bank, however, the suit is filed by the respondent no.1, who had sold the property to the respondent no.3. He further submits that the respondent no.1 filed RCS No.95/2025 against the respondent no.3 and the said suit is taken up before the Lok Adalat within one month and 6 days and the decree was obtained and the sale deed was set aside. He further submits that thereafter the another suit is filed by the respondent no.1 along with application below Exh.5 restraining the petitioner-bank from dispossessing the respondent no.1 from the suit property and fraudulent decree is obtained, as such, this Court may initiate contempt proceedings in the matter for abuse of process of law.

3] In addition to regular mode of service, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by all permissible private modes.
