Petitioner takes an exception to the order dated 03/07/2025 IRESH MASHAL rendered by Labour Court No. 1, Kolhapur in Application (IDA) No. Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

2026.04.20 10:36:22 +0530 08/2015 wherein the application presented by the respondent came to be partly allowed thereby directing the Petitioner to pay an amount of Rs. 3,94,619/- within period of two months from the date of order.

This Court vide order dated 07/04/2026 had directed the petitioner to deposit the aforesaid amount in its entirety towards the statutory entitlement of the respondent/employee determined by Iresh 1 of

1-WP-12333-2025 (C).doc the Labour Court on or before 15/04/2026.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Patil submits that the order of labour Court has been complied with and the amount directed is paid to the respondent employee by way of demand draft.

Learned counsel for the respondent employee confirms the receipt of same and has further prayed for an additional compensation towards cost of litigation as well as the hardship caused to the respondent for the past 18 years. 6.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions of the authorised officer Mr. Prakash Shamrao Shelar who is present in the Court has volunteered to compensate the employee with an amount of Rs. 25,000/- and has submitted that the same shall be paid during the course of the day.

The aforesaid terms are accepted by the parties and are taken as an undertaking to the Court.
