Mr. Ugle, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his client has already repaid the entire loan amount under the One Time Settlement (OTS) approved by the Bank. Therefore, it is a fit case to issue a direction to the bank to release the mortgaged property, which is under attachment. 3.

After hearing the submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner, we are inclined to examine the matter. 4.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 19th November, 2025.
