In view of the urgency expressed in the matter by the learned Advocate General by referring to the deadline of 30th September, 2025 set by the UPSC for forwarding the names of suitable candidates of non SCS category officers for nomination to the IAS Cadre, as an interim measure, it is hereby provided that the State may proceed with the process of shortlisting of eligible candidates and forward the names of selected candidates to the UPSC by following the mandate of the Government Resolution dated 24th July, 2025, which process would, however, be subject to the outcome of this Writ Petition.
