It appears that the learned Advocate for the petitioners has not collected the necessary documents on which he wants to make submissions. We could have dismissed the petition only on this count. However, as the petitioners should not suffer and therefore we are giving a chance to the petitioners to collect the documents and place it by way of affidavit. Such affidavit to be filed on or before 21st November 2025.
