Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. This Petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "B.

Issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the like nature directing the respondent authorities to acquire the petitioner land situated at Gat No.3/4 admeasuring 15R, Ganeshwadi, Taluka and District Hingoli and grant compensation as per section 24(1)(a) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013."

The petitioners want to rely upon private document i.e. the

wp-12402.25 measurement map to show that portion of their land has been utilized for preparation of construction of road. We are not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners. Therefore, the learned Advocate for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the Petition with liberty to approach this Court after the measurement by the State authorities takes place, for which he has filed application.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
