At the outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the petition. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith, during the course of the day.

By this petition, the only relief sought and pressed for by 1/3

the petitioner is prayer clause (b) which reads thus : "(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Learned Sub-divisional Officer, Pune, to decide the Representation dated 03/09/2024, Exhibit-E."

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's Representation which is at 'Exhibit-E' to the petition, made to the S.D.O, Haveli Sub-Division, Pune, is pending since September, 2024. He submits that the Representation is required to be decided expeditiously considering that the petitioner may be deported from the United Kingdom. He further states that although the Representation has been made to the S.D.O, Haveli Sub-Division, Pune, the same has now been transferred to the S.D.O, Haveli SubDivision, Pune. The same is not disputed by the learned A.G.P. 4.

Considering this is the only relief sought by the petitioner and considering that the petitioner's representation is pending since September, 2024 and having regard to the facts of the case, we deem it appropriate to direct the S.D.O, Haveli Sub-Division, Pune, to decide the petitioner's Representation dated 3rd September, 2024 which is at 2/3

'Exhibit-E' to the petition, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within two weeks from today.

Petition is accordingly allowed and disposed of on the aforesaid terms.

Learned A.G.P, to forthwith, communicate the order passed today, to the S.D.O, Haveli Sub-Division, Pune, so as to enable him to comply with the same.

Matter to be listed under the caption 'For Recording Compliance' on 3rd November, 2025.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
