The writ petition is called out for speaking to the minutes of order dated 26 September 2025. The corrections sought are as follows:

a) The last sentence of paragraph 1 be corrected to read: "The said stay was granted against the order passed under Section 152 of the MCS Act, whereby the suspension of the Managing Committee under Section 78A and appointment of Administrator was set aside.";

b) The reference to Section 78A in third line of paragraph 2 be corrected to read "Section 77A"; and

Rest of the order shall remain as it is.
