Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The only relief sought by the petitioner in the aforesaid petition, is a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the petitioner's application dated 16th May 2025 seeking Premises Licence and Performance Licence for "Orchestra Bar and Restaurant" at Plot No.99, Navish House, Building No. 87, S. V. Road, Khar (West), Mumbai, within two weeks.

Learned A.G.P. seeks time of atleast six weeks to enable the authorities to consider the petitioner's application. 4.

The petitioner has filed the application in May 2025 and till date the said application has not been decided. 5.

Considering the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondents-authorities to decide the petitioner's application, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Stand over to 17th October 2025, for compliance of the aforesaid order.
