Heard Dr. Warunjikar, learned counsel for the Petitioners. The Petitioners are the disqualified members of the Co-operative society in question, who are primarily aggrieved due to failure on the part of Respondent No.1 to decide their Appeal. He submits that during the pendency of the Appeal there are activities going on in the plot of the Respondent No.3 thus causing irreparable injury to the interest of the society.

In view of the above, since learned AGP waives notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. Badsiwal, learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4, no Court notice is required to be issued in this case. Copies of the Writ Petition be furnished to the counsel for the Respondents, so as to enable them to file reply. 6.

Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) is granted, till the next date.
