CORAM:

SUMAN SHYAM & M. M. SATHAYE, JJ.

DATED:

24th NOVEMBER, 2025.

PC:- 1.

The grievance of the Petitioners as per prayers made in the writ petition is primarily on account of the fact with the statutory appeal preferred by them before Respondent No.1 has not been disposed of till today, thus causing serious prejudice to their interest. The matter was fixed today so as to allow the learned AGP to obtain instructions.

2.

Today, when the writ petition is called out, Ms. Patil, learned AGP submits that hearing of the appeal was closed on 20.11.2025 and the order would be passed shortly. However, the 24 November, 2025

51-WP-12432-2025.DOC pendency of this writ petition is coming in the way of delivering the final order in the appeal.

3.

If that be so, we do not see any justification to keep this Writ Petition pending before this Court any further. 4.

The Writ Petition is therefore, disposed of by granting leave to Respondent No.1 to deliver the final order in the appeal expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from today. Whatever will be outcome, the same be communicated to the Petitioners in writing, by furnishing copy thereof. If the Petitioners remain aggrieved in the matter even thereafter, they would be at the liberty to approach this Court in accordance with law. 5.

Ad-interim order passed on 24.09.2025 shall continue to operate till final order is passed in the appeal. 6.

Writ Petition stands closed.
