By a praecipe bearing today's date, Mr. Nikhil Rajani, Learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has referred to the proceeding before the DRT-II, Mumbai viz. hearing of Securitisation Application (D) No.262 of 2023. There is a direction of this Court dated 23rd September 2025 directing the DRT-II, Mumbai to hear and dispose of Securitisation Application (D) No.262 of 2023 filed by the Petitioner expeditiously and in any event, within a period of six weeks from the date of the said order. 1/2

The DRT-II, Mumbai has heard the parties to the Securitisation Application and had listed the matter yesterday i.e. 12th November 2025 for pronouncement of order. However, due to paucity of time, the learned Presiding Officer had not pronounced the order. The time period of six weeks for disposing of the Securitisation Application expired yesterday. 4.

In view thereof, Mr. Rajani has sought for extension of time for the DRT-II, Mumbai to dispose of the Securitisation Application (D) No.262 of 2023.

Mr. Rashmin Khandekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instruction, has consented to the extension of time for DRT-II Mumbai to dispose of the Securitisation Application (D) No.262 of 2023. 6.

In view thereof and considering that the six weeks period for disposing of the Securitisation Application (D) No.262 of 2023 had expired yesterday, we extend the time by a period of two weeks from today for DRT-II, Mumbai to dispose of the Securitisation Application No.262 of 2023.
