The Petitioner has already filed a preliminary objection to the notice issued by the Respondent No.1.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file an additional Reply and/or documents by 27th September 2025. The Competent Authority shall 1/2

The Petition be listed on 1st October 2025. To be listed high on board.

In the meanwhile, the Petitioner is permitted to remove the vehicles which are on the premises, which has been sealed. 7.
