1) The principal prayer in the present Petition is for setting aside the Order dated 4th July 2025, passed by the Hon'ble Minister, Co-operation, in Appeal No. 186 of 2025 i.e. challenge to the Order passed by a quasi judicial Authority. The other prayers in the Petition are consequential to the main prayer. According to us, therefore present Petition pertains to the assignment of learned Single Judge, taking up Petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

2) Registry is therefore directed to verify the roster and place the Petition before appropriate Bench.
