Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The challenge in this petition is to an order dated 12th August 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Vasai whereby the application for rejection of the plaint came to be allowed and the plaint stood rejected.

An order of rejection of the plaint amounts to a decree. The petitioner thus has the remedy of appeal.
