In view of the order dated 29.09.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4414 of 2025, hearing of the present Writ Petitions in my opinion is not required primarily because the directions contained in the aforesaid order are substantive for adjudication of the lis between between parties.

However, the impugned orders dated 12.09.2025 challenged in all three Petitions are required to be set aside and they all are set aside without giving any imprimatur of the Court on the merits of the matter between the parties.
