I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2.

As the petition is for divorce, the learned Family Court shall permit the petitioner-wife to file written statement. The petitionerwife shall file the written statement on the next date in the matter before the Family court. Learned Family Court shall permit the petitioner to cross-examine the respondent and other witnesses, if any.

Learned Family Court shall endeavour to decide the divorce petition as early as possible.
